They promised to correct the billing every time I contacted Beanfield, but they seemed like incapable to solve the problem. I was frustrated and cancelled Beanfield service though their pricing was so attractive. After the cancellation, they kept sending me new invoices showing I owed them money. After I told them I would complain about their messy billing to CCTS, they promised to refund my overpaid money. But as you would guess, no, they didn't do the refund. I will see if they keep sending me new invoices asking for my payment.
