My garage used to be very cold before the venting and is now comfortable. My circulation pump got damaged during the work and they replaced it as part of the warranty for the job. This quality of service earned them more work from me as they later worked on clearing a clog in my shower drain. When a former employee (Manuel Aguilar) who was fired for incompetence lied about still being an employee and did another job for me, Omar provided a 2 year warranty to cover the work. Regarding the former employee, Manuel Aguilar, he is a crook! If you ever run into him pretending to be a 5 Point Plumbing employee please beware! He's incompetent - does poor plumbing work - and doesn't have the integrity to show up if there's an issue.
