Ryan was communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and effective during his two visits to help us protect our electrical panel from rats, who've been gnawing through the wires. He was able to come the day after we called and let us know when he was on his way. He listened to our (somewhat idiosyncratic) requests and did his own assessment to determine how best to meet our needs, and he returned the next business day with materials to patch a hole in the wall where rats were entering the panel, rewire the internet cables, and secure the panel. Ryan came out to give an estimate on maintenance/replacement of crawlspace fans. He looked at the situation and offered a couple of options.
