TNT'S TAX SERVICE WAS DA BOMB!…read more (Pun intended!) Being recently married, we weren't sure how we should file our taxes this year. We tried filing on our own using an online service as we had in years past and then decided to file with TNT Tax Pro to see if there would be a difference. We lagged on our taxes this year until the last few days, yet Tracy was still able to deliver our tax return on time! She was able to maximize our return by a huge amount by just asking us questions over the phone to get some insight. It was super convenient and easy as we didn't even have to come in to her office or anything prior. All documentation was delivered securely and electronically. Communication took place over the phone or via e-mail. Tracy is quick, knowledgeable, and good at what she does. We highly recommend her services! Best part? I left a message in the client portal, emailed twice, and called multiple times to a voicemail that doesn't accept messages. No response at all. Very unprofessional! After review of my taxes myself, I discovered that Neil made multiple mistakes. Missed amounts that were on the financial forms I submitted. Just sloppy work on his part. I trusted him & had been a loyal client. My bad for not thoroughly double checking his work, but his bad for not double, triple checking the numbers as a tax professional.
