The motor will say but I can go bigger not smaller so I would put a 10 on it and it will take care of it " he dropped it off for me so i could do a simple swap. It worked that night. When i woke up, it was no longer working. I asked if they could stop by later that week and see what the problem was. I was told they could probably fit me in on Friday. I received no replies to my followup message, and was ignored. (Someone else did open up for me on a Saturday to see if they had some replacement parts for me, but no luck) The first thing when troubleshooting online was that you should NEVER go higher because it will at a minimum burn out your motor. In my case, it also ruined other things. The electrical control board had scorch marks on it, and my house smelled of burnt electrical parts. What should have been a $15 fix costed me $1750 to get someone that knew what they were doing to come fix it. Due to the dangerous temps that week, we had to stay elsewhere for a week. We also had to cancel our anniversary trip to Vegas. If i said the things that i felt online or in public, i would probably face some kind of charges. This whole situation is disgusting, so never again. I should have listened to others. Beware: hiring them may ruin parts of your life, or cause a fire and put your family and their well being at risk.
