Since you asked me to reach out, please stop using generic templates and have the franchise owner or regional manager contact me directly to provide a clear repair timeline for these four specific issues at the Plantation location: 1) The falling-apart decline benches in the corner that need full replacement. 2) the deflated med ball / no Matts upstairs 3) The missing Captain's Chair pad that the fitness manager, claimed was ordered weeks ago. I found the replacement part on my own time and It's less than 110.00 I even offered to install it if they'd pay. 4) The HVAC vent by the deadlift area blasting freezing air directly onto straining, sweating muscles. (I've even spoken to a higher up in crunch regional who said he's working on getting these things fixed but nothings happened. I would love to update this to a positive review, but I need a real response and fixed equipment, not another generic customer service template.

She told her Instagram followers that I had a casual conversation with them, which she knew was not true because I had already explained to her what ACTUALLY happened. Nevertheless, she proceeded to ask her followers for "their thoughts", knowing exactly what those thoughts would be. This led to an attack on social media about my IQ and judgement.
