I'm not sure how long this location has been open, but I visited while I was in the area. My membership allows me to visit any Crunch location, so I decided to check this one out. Unfortunately, the dated and worn equipment will probably keep me from returning. The dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells were all noticeably worn, with some showing rust and looking dirty. The space dedicated to the HIIT Zone was also quite small compared to what I'm used to seeing at other Crunch locations. Several machines were out of order as well. Since this was my first visit, I'm not sure if that was a temporary issue or if they have been out of service for a while. The locker room seemed clean. I only went in to change and did not use the restroom, so I can't speak to that area. The music was also at a good volume, which I appreciated. The location itself is convenient, and I had no trouble getting in or out. I visited on a weekend, for reference. Overall, there were some positives, but I was disappointed by the condition and upkeep of the equipment.

We were using UFC Fit in Pines for $175/mo for 2 people and weights were never racked, the gym was also overcrowded at all hours. We're paying about 1/3 of that for both of us monthly and ALL CLASSES + ACCESS TO ALL AREAS ARE FREE!!! #winning

During the summer months it's a little crowded because they offer free membership for teens ages 14-19 which I think it's cool so they have something to do and learn health benefits of regular exercise. This gym has the potential to deserve 5 stars, but unfortunately, I can only give it 1…read more There are a few major issues: 1. $26 maintenance fee -- for what? The equipment and weights are not properly taken care of. The floor can literally be a tripping hazard, weights are constantly left in the wrong places or not reracked at all, and the overall upkeep does not reflect the maintenance fee members are being charged. 2. The gym does have some quality equipment, mixed in with some Panatta machines that, in my opinion, are nowhere near the quality you'd expect from a gym charging this much. 3. $90 a month is hard to justify. For what this gym could potentially be, I wouldn't mind paying a premium price if the equipment and facility were actually maintained like a premium gym. Instead, it seems like money is being spent on things like a massive Jumbotron while basic upkeep gets overlooked. 4. The cancellation process is ridiculous. Make sure you cancel at least a FULL MONTH before your next charge. Calling the front desk isn't much help either--you're met with poor customer service, no manager available on site, and usually a teenager at the desk who can't do much to resolve the situation. This gym has so much potential, which is what makes it even more disappointing. If I'm paying around $90 every month plus additional fees, I expect the facility, equipment, and customer service to reflect that price. Overall, it's not worth the money if your priority is training on quality, well-maintained equipment.
