This guy is so unprofessional just canceled my subscription without telling me why then after I ask…read morefor a refund which I don't even care to have. I asked because he canceled it right after we talked about me keeping it because nobody was giving me updates on what they were doing , he threaten me about putting a collection on my credit report from his company , he says he will make sure to put it on my credit report under signed contract and keep in mind it's only a little $100 refund which I've told him he can keep because obviously this owner needs it more then me. I only asked for it back because he canceled my subscription after we agreed on keeping it through text. But for a credit repair company to tell you that there going to put something on your credit statement intentionally is so unprofessional and if it does end up on my credit, he will be hearing from my lawyer cause Ill sue this man for everything he got. I recommend to never go here for Credit Repair because he might just add a collections on your credit report if you ask for a refund after he cancels your subscription without incident after y'all just had a conversation a few days ago about keeping it . I literally blocked him because I didn't want to say bad things to him , but he text me from another number after I blocked his first number .how unprofessional is that . A normal business would've just left it alone and moved to the next but he decided to text me from another number after I blocked his instagram and the first phone number. He says I'm a bad customer , and unprofessional about how I go about things then states he's going to put a collection on my report under signed contract that I disobeyed but he was the one that canceled my subscription , so that is false information that he is stating in the text , which is illegal and I can definitely get his license taken away just from that statement he made .
