It was discovered that our previous insurance agent, whom recently passed and business was sold, wrote our insurance under a wrong policy. Our claim was denied, Ian Glick, had no knowledge or understanding of the difference in the policies. I was left to fight the insurance company on my own with no help from Glick. After hours of research and weeks of fighting, our insurance company determined that the policy that we were insured under was incorrect and paid out our claim. Glick only tells you that they can save you money by looking at your current policy and seeing what is out there based on an apples to apples comparison. At no time are questions asked to make sure that you are being insured properly in case of a catastrophic loss. Beware!!!!

I was calling with my father who has been a customer since 1976. She had no interest in helping us with our questions and sent us to the head office. The head office was very helpful but thought the Cleveland office might have the information we needed on hand. Ashley let me know I'd already called her and she was not willing to put herself out to help us. Basically it was clear she does not want to hear from us again. I have a feeling there is something very wrong at the Cleveland office based on the length of time my father has been paying premiums and the type of policy he has in place with them.

My question I still have that's been unanswered since June 2015 and now this being October 2015 is where have my monthly premium payments been going. I received a letter from the office stating that 2 of my policies lapsed for non payment. Now keep in mind that my alleged Field Representative had been collecting payments at my place of work and I had to ask that she collect her payments at a different location. But let me back track I had 4 policies and wanted to terminate 2 of them I was told that we could do a loan. However., I wasn't looking for a $47.00 loan. Who does that!!! Anyway the first set of documents had the wrong info on it do it had to be redone. The Manager Now District Manager contacted me via phone to have the error fix. Huh that was in April/May. I was a suppose to get a refund of like $17 give or take a few. And The loan Money Was allegedly going to my payments for the other 2 policies. Never happened all this in a attempt to save the policies. She also stated I didn't need to worry about the other payments because the loan we old be applied to the 2 policies I kept. All this so kept Field Representative from losing more business as she stating "Everybody canceling their policies. Another Field Rep gets involved stating he's here to help. I felt like I was at a doctors office where the consistently ask you to explain your problem over and over again. Almost 2 months have passed by since I submitted in his hand my cancelled checks for my monthly payments. Prior to that the new District Manager PROMISED me a call back. Yeap you guessed I haven't heard from her either. I just wanted my money back for the months I my policies were lapsed now I'm thinking some Internal Fraud thing is going on. So because I couldn't get resolution on the lower level. I've decided to take this matter to a whole different level. I will continue to share my experience with all I'm come in contact with.

I mean the yearly price was fair and she was very compassionate and sincere. Now my time has come for renewal and I call Valerie. Unfortunately Valerie is injured and not working, so feeling comfortable with the company I opted to speak with another adjuster. BIG MISTAKE!!! This guy who says he sits next to her is handling her accounts. I give him account number and inform him that my SR22 was going to expire in 7 days. he then asked for my telephone number and says he'll call me back that day. He never called until 2 days after it expired. Luckily I found another company who appreciated me paying yearly. Valerie please get better and take over your accounts as your coworkers are causing clients to go elsewhere.

How do they expect hard-working Americans to survive when loyal, safe drivers are punished like this? Progressive makes billions while draining customers, and if you ever need a claim, you have to fight them for it. This is insane, insensitive, and unacceptable. After a decade of loyalty, I'm done with this company and will be taking this to social media and my attorney.
