August of 2023, i replaced my 109 year old water line and buried the electric and cable lines. A lot of digging and trenching left an already aging driveway in terrible shape. Gravel had to be added before the paving began. This was only a section of driveway that had to be replaced, the apron at the bottom of the driveway was repaved after NYSEG replaced the gas line. The crew that showed up was most impressive, Tim the owner, William, Quincy, Molique, Marty and Brittany. Everyone knew their job and when finished with their task would step up and help their co workers. They got to work soon afterwards. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of their progress, what they would be working on and when, and any other updates. I was impressed that they gave me a timing estimate at the start of the work and stuck to it. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, they were kind and collaborative, talking me through certain decisions and giving me good advice about color options, sheen, doubts or questions I had, etc. I felt comfortable knowing that they understood the vision I had for my space and that they would bring it to life (which they did!). I could tell they cared about providing great service as well. For instance, Randy went above and beyond to find a very specific, high-quality paint for my cabinets that was hard to come by but would end up with a better, more durable and long-lasting finish. He ended up driving several hours to buy it from a supplier that was out of town, just to ensure it wouldn't be damaged by the cold weather which was a risk if it was shipped.
