Heather at Foothills was the only person in the Verde Valley who took the time to stay on the phone…read morewith me and looked for places that could be a good fit for my needs. When I came in to look at what I thought was my only opinion, which was way over priced and in the middle of nowhere. She went above and beyond to find a better house for me that fit my budget, perfect location, plenty of bedrooms and baths and pet friendly. With out Heater's help I would still be living at home, because no one wanted to give me the time or day to help me. Heather gave me more than hope. She gave me a home. I'm great ful and recommend you give her a call if your having a hard time like I did. She will take care of you and never turn her back on you.

The Foothills team in Cottonwood is the best property management company I have ever worked with…read more They deserve more than 5 stars for what they did to help us. We were planning our move from Minnesota to Arizona. I was in Arizona finding a place to live, and my husband was in Minnesota making last minute arrangements on that end. Our family had very tight deadlines to make this challenging relocation across country. During my house hunt in AZ, I found a nice home through an ad. We held a firm agreement with a private party. However, the day I was set to sign our 12 month lease, I received a text from them saying they decided they didn't want to rent out their property right now after all. "Good luck in your search," the text read. Feeling shocked and ready to cry, knowing I had only two hours before the office closed, I landed on the doorstep of Foothills in Cottonwood. During the span of the next two hours and 15 minutes, we scoured through three pages of long term listings, narrowed down options, and viewed three properties. When I stepped in the door of the last one, I immediately knew it was perfect. It's now our home, and we love it! Everyone at Foothills in Cottonwood, from the gal at the front desk to the person who briefly heard my dilemma from a side office, was kind, warm, and caring. Heather worked with me from afar as we finished packing our Minnesota home. She is a person with heart. Heather understands excellent customer service. One day she stayed after hours to ensure I had received an email she'd sent earlier that day. I was busy and hadn't checked my inbox. I wasn't expecting a call after 7:00pm Minnesota time. Without a firm lease, Heather knew I still had no home. That is why she stayed in her office to be sure the terms of the lease were agreeable to us. The documents were e-signed and we were able to negotiate prorated dates to accomodate last minute changing circumstances. I cannot count the number of phone calls, texts, and emails between us, but Heather got the job done when I needed her to be proactive. The entire Cottonwood team is diligent, caring, and kind. I would recommend these professional and personable agents to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I found ad for storage in local paper. It is a really good price. I needing to lower my expenses…read morechose to switch storage units. To get prices, although I gave information as exactly what I was going to need, it was a couple days of tag telephone. Each message from gentleman, who was very nice, did return each call. He told me I needed a money order for rental. I don't deal with money orders; I was advised by someone to stop by Post Office, on my way. Post office wasn't on way, was at other end of town. I got money order and returned to Canyons Wren. Being I was looking for Lowest Cost Storage, took me some time locating business. I walked into office feeling great! I even remarked how Christmas smell was in the air! Mike told me Ashley?, would be helping me. I stood there a few minutes, Mike then said, "let me get you started" Ashley came out, must have been with family because I heard her say she loved them when they left. I sat down started paperwork. I gave her a money order for $100.00 being rental was 80.00, expecting that would be enough; it wasn't. I was annoyed and advised I have cash. Nope not good enough I needed a money order. I was advised I could cross major road in town and purchase one for $62.40; I had to pay 2 months up front, a security deposit. I was annoyed at this point. Then Ashley went off saying I should have listened to my 4th message from Mike. I missed that message. I then Advised Ashley she need not cop an attitude. She then became cold and told me I was harassing her and she is going to defend herself when she feels harassed. I was astonished, I'm the customer, who did not feel I was attacking although I did show my frustration. I went across street and got money order. I returned. Unfortunately I had to deal with Ashley again. Before our signing of contract, manager came out introduced herself ( evidently there was a discussion with Ashley and manager while I went to get money order, in my opinion) she did ask me if I wanted to look at property. I advised as long as secured, it's fine. In Ashley and myself last conversation I said please and thank you a total of 6 times. Ashley never said one of either. I can't believe how she treated me. My opinion very rude. Mike and the woman sitting behind him if were being honest, would confirm all this. But they do work there so I understand. Upon leaving I had to ask for a copy of storage layout and exact address. Upon leaving I asked Ashley if she was the owner's daughters, she said she was. That made sense to me why she spoke to me the way she did. I'm surprised she's lasted this long with her attitude. Place is secure. Very old. Reminds me of something that belongs in Jerome or maybe an Alfred Hitchcock movie . Be sure and bring a dolly and get close enough to garage door to unload, very high concrete wedge and not a good parking area for truck with trailer. Gentleman working upstairs (thank goodness I thought I was hearing things ) I asked about management company and he advised me he had heard the same. On my way to storage I realized I left unit number ‍ I drove by Wren Management; they close noon on Friday. I did leave a message but never got response asking for unit number. I wasn't surprised they were closed but hoping someone did pick up messages I left one. I've worked Corporate for 23 years and maybe expect more out of customer service. Good price and appears secure.
