We purchased a dog harness and an iPad case. Both were delivered to our car within minutes. unlike other auction location where we had to go search for the items ourselves and check out, this was different. The staff go get our stuff and bring it to our car. Easy peeezy! The entire transaction took less than half hour and we drove off. Thank you for doing a great job Nellis Auction staffs!! Now I can start bidding on more stuff hehee

I really love browsing through the auction and finding some awesome deals on things I want and…read moreneed. Warning: it can get quite addicting LOL. Overall, I have had a great experience. Ordering/paying online, scheduling a pick up, the pick up process, and return process are all well done and all easy to do. There have been times when I have gone to pick up my items and when I parked a worker was immediately there to help me before I could even scan the QR code to check in on the sign; awesome service. There has been a few items that were not inspected that I have purchased in the past and were damaged or missing pieces, even though they were marked as a 5 star on the auction and with no damage. That has been my only deal breaker part of the experience. But other than that, I have gotten some great finds and have really found value in this place.

What a terrible woman running this company. I went to her estate sale on 9/26/25 and it was one of…read morethe worst experiences I've ever had. I asked the price of an unmarked item, and she told me I'd have to "come back later" because it was being sold as a set -- yet she couldn't even provide the price for the set. When I said I wouldn't be back (a little snippy, sure), she acted like that was a huge offense. Later, I asked if she knew the size of a bed frame (full or queen). She didn't know, and then randomly asked if I had been to her sales before. I said maybe, but I just go to sales listed on estatesales.net and didn't even know the name of her company. When I came back downstairs, she suddenly asked my name. After I told her, she pulled up some old 8-year-old Google review from a person with a similar name (review was from Nicols Doll) and started accusing me of being that person and writing the bad review. I told her over and over it wasn't me, but she kept confronting me aggressively -- even following me into the garage to continue yelling. I finally blew up at her and walked out, but she chased me outside, screaming that I'm "banned from her sales" and now she "knows what I look like." Other shoppers witnessed the whole thing, and several walked out. One woman even pulled me aside afterward and told me she's seen this same nasty behavior from this woman at other sales. This woman is odious, unprofessional, and downright unstable. She needs to get her hormones checked and find some medication because no professional business owner should treat people this way. I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Please proceed with caution attending any sales by this company.

In these times it was not gold and silver that were important to the people, but clothing. The working class would pawn their clothes to meet their needs. These days, no matter what class of society we come from a pawn shop is a place to exchange goods for one's needs. While it may not be clothing that we find as useful as the Romans, many other things can be pawned or sold to meet your needs . Come on in and see what treasures that have been lost and need to be found. Do you remember when we used a hand shake to make a deal? Can you take someone on their word of honor? These days, our world has been shaken up, everything cost more than it did before. Where are we to find the stable footing for our future. You might want to consider a more tangible asset. For all these panning services this is the business to use. If you are looking for something different to put that fiat currency into. They carry a wide variety of silver, gold, platinum to trade those dollars into . If your into historical items come and discover what "moneys" of the United States used to look like. Many coins from around the world are for sale too. These purchases must be made with cash though. So if your looking to buy gold, silver and old coins bring green cash for the exchange. Are you looking to trade in some old coins. Do you need some money on the spot, then this is the place to be. You will get a fair market value for what your selling? The owner posts the daily values for gold and silver spot trading too. Your going to get the best integrity from the employees here whether buying or selling. When you come in ask for John he is an enjoyable human that loves what he does! He was the guy that aided and still serves all our coin purchases. He still believes in a hand shake as someone's word. On the coin side, it's by John, and he was honestly great to work with true gentleman very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time going through our coin collection, explained things clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he knows what he's doing, but more importantly, he treats you with respect, which goes a long way in a space like this. The other side of the shop is more focused on toy collectibles. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner there, but the woman working was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was positive. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're into coins or collectibles. Good service, knowledgeable people, and a unique setup having both businesses under one roof.

I met with Adrian to discuss auctioning items in my garage. I really liked her and felt…read morecomfortable with them. I hired them even though I felt 50% fee was very high. After a couple of weeks, they came and started going through items in garage. In the 2-3 weeks they were "working" on my garage, they only showed up about half of the days. I decided to go in the garage and see what was going on, and it looked like half the things in the garage were gone. When I asked about it, I was told it was trash being removed. I had several family members come look at it because they had looked thru items before I hired this company and they agreed it seemed like a lot of things were missing. After I questioned where things went, they just quit coming to my house. I was told that they wouldn't take things out of garage and this was their reputation. I was told they would go thru things completely and knew what paperwork was important and would pull it out. I found in my trashcan a new book of unsigned checks, papers belonging to my late husbands son who passed away with birthdates, social security numbers etc. I left my garage door to house unlocked to allow them access to the bathroom and they took it upon themselves to feed my dogs and give them treats from inside my home without my permission. An older couple pulled up to my house and asked about a trailer I had, and I told them yes I was selling it. After talking with them, I was told they had already looked at the trailer and been in my garage, again without any permission from me. After I terminated my association with them, a pair of coveralls that I didn't know were missing showed up sitting on my motorcycle which I had covered the night before and an item I had asked about showed up out of the blue at my front door. The older couple who bought my trailer told me that their neighbor told them that I was asking about missing items and the neighbor felt bad, because she had a running board that had been sitting on the side of the house and she had asked the couple to return it to me. Again, I did not know it was missing. I was told I couldn't take anything out of my garage after I signed the contract. One Saturday I had friends over and they were in the garage, because I had offered to pay him for work he did with items from the garage., and I was told they would charge me $50 for each item I took out of the garage (all of which belong to me), and the man working for the auction walked up to me and handed me $40 because he let someone by a saw out of my garage! I would never recommend this company to anyone! I am a recent widower and they took advantage of me.
