He did not charge a mark up with the materials and gave us his contractors discount which was awsome. I,m not so sure we would have been able to do this project if it was not for that. Other contractors wanted a huge sum and the materials were literally twice as much and some even said the deck was to complex to even try and when we told them our budget they said it wasn't worth the time. As it turns out we dident have to replace all the deck footings as one company told us we had to do adding $20,000 to the project! We told Joe our budget he crunched some numbers and found ways to cut costs and save and they had the old deck gone and the new one up almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and even under budget! My husband gave him a nice tip and he went out and bought a new gas grill and some plants with the money And When i got home from work today it looked outside and saw this grill with a note on it that said thanks for the business but happy customers are the best tips possible here is your new grill and plants to help decorate your new deck! I mean Come on who dose that! Love these guys to pieces. We will be having them back for a barbecue this summer! He replaced…read moresome ceiling sheetrock in our guest room where a huge swarm of yellow jackets had built a 2' long nest in the ceiling joists. Thank goodness I had heard their buzzing when I was in the room one day and the fireman who came told me that the sheetrock could collapse from the moisture in their secretions. Enter Adam. He sealed up the outside.( An exterminator took care of the bees.) Adam then took out sheetrock, vacuumed the area in the ceiling, hung new sheetrock and repainted the ceiling. He also repaired a bunch of cracks in the wall and repainted that. He was a pleasure to have around and is very honest and reliable.
