Dawson was the salesperson on my last purchase. He also has carpet laying experience. Anyway, everything went smoothly, and on time and in budget. I was particularly happy that I didn't have to hire a seperate worker to remove doors and baseboards in preperation. The layer there handled that, as part of the regular installation. They also had to upholster carpet onto an opening bench window seat. That takes more skill and they pulled it off, no problem. Good inventory there too. I stick to the Nylon choices for cut pile carpets, so the fibers are less prone to matting down in the traffic areas.

The sales manager had written a few notes while we were talking and I assumed he had everything arranged. I ended up helping the installer re and re the furniture, I am over 70 and have back problems, not impressed! Paul then asked me to pay 1/2 what the installer asked for moving the furniture. I would strongly suggest you consider where you buy your flooring .

They work very closely with insurance, and nowhere in their information pamphlet does it say we believe in treating our customer with respect and dignity, or we believe customer service is top priority , or something along those lines.They will however give you attitude and will make every excuse in telling you why they are right and you are not. It reflects the type of business and the direction of this company. The only time they mention anything about the customer is when they find out what your insurance will allow or before any work can begin payment is required in full. That's when they pay attention to you. Greedy people" gimme gimme my money", how pathetic. This is how you've built your business.
