I let him know the situation and he started yelling at me immediately that he already had to work a holiday (not my problem). He wouldn't give me even a second to call my contractor and was yelling that he was going to charge me the $125 fee and leave. I finally had a moment to call my contractor who told me the keys were in the car and I moved it. It takes one second to be nice and working on a holiday is part of running your own business. I would never use this company again.

I parked and walked to the front. There was only one worker there. His name was Michael. I asked him how does it work. He helped me while telling me what to do. Michael was very fast, friendly and patient with me. After he weighed all my recyclables, he had me to go to the front with him so that he can show me how he got the price. Very honest of him.
