I parked and walked to the front. There was only one worker there. His name was Michael. I asked him how does it work. He helped me while telling me what to do. I texted Mr. Long two days ago in the late afternoon with my service inquiry, and he responded very quickly to my text with a quote which was reasonable and told me he had an opening this morning, to haul away our used furniture, one piece being very heavy and awkward.
