Daniel made us feel important and cared more about what we wanted and didn't seem to push a specific make on us. Extremely patient and seemed to know a lot. They delivered the free base, but never delivered the mattress. Now they say I can't cancel the mattress they still haven't delivered because I needed to cancel my order within a half an hour of submission. How would I know I would never get the item I paid for a half an hour prior? Additionally, they won't refund me my money and are charging me for the free base that came with the mattress that I never received. So they have my money. I have a "free" thing I don't want or need that I now have to pay for and they get to sell the mattress I just paid for to probably 100 customers to run the same scam.

This review is about the play area only…read more I'd heard that Living Spaces had a fabulous play area so I took my 3 year old over to check it out. Because I'd also heard that they get quite busy and that there can be a long wait to play, so we went over at 10 am (when they open) on a Tuesday. It paid off as we were the only ones there for about 10 minutes. So, the play area is pretty great- my son played independently for about an hour. Things to know: You have to fill out a waiver for each kid each time before they can play. Online forms are coming at some point. Word on the street is that weekends are so busy and crazy that they should be avoided. Parents are required to stay in the play area with kids 3 and under but are required to leave kids 4 and over with the attendants. They have an interesting looking cafe right outside the play area but it wasn't open while we were there.

My mom also wanted the lamps, so it took about three weeks from when I first emailed and when I received the lamps. (I was pleasantly surprised they would ship them to me without spending the 8,000.00 shipping minimum) They shipped them to two separate addresses and they did research on the cheapest way to ship them. I actually called ahead and spoke to Brandon and was really disappointed to learn that I wouldn't be able to get the adjustable base I wanted because I have a platform bed. We still went in to check out the options and I was SO impressed that after my phone call, Brandon had done some research and discovered we could get a base at mattress firm that would work with our current bed frame and the sleep number mattress I wanted. I mean, wow! When has a mattress salesperson ever referred you to a competitor? That really meant something to me and we were able to try out the options and decide on the exact mattress we wanted, then go down the road and get the base that would work when sleep number didn't sell it. Sleep number should strongly consider making a platform-friendly base (no legs) but until then, reward your honest employees who put customer satisfaction above making a larger sale.
