We all agree that customer service is a thing of the past, but Junior (the owner) and Mike really take you back to a time when people do what they say they are going to do, show up on time, introduce themselves, take time to answer any questions, and charge exactly the amount that was quoted. Mike is a master at his craft, I had to have all 4 of my window regulators replaced along with a new windshield. I wanted to watch and learn in case I ever need to replace them again, not only was he ok with me watching he pretty much talked me through every step.
