200$ down the drain, I've been here before like 5 years ago and they did an awesome job on my Corolla. But now it's under new ownership, I went in three weeks ago I took my bronco to get the windshield and two front windows tinted they told me that the bubbles will go away, never did plus you can feel and see bubbles on every window they did! and I called them at the two week mark because I wanted it replaced the girl with the curly hair answered and told me to go on a weekday preferably and to call before getting there, so I did I called on Thursday 12pm and they told I had to schedule a day and time oh and that if I had no receipt they couldn't help me out I lost my receipt but I have the transaction on my bank account with their name but guess what that doesn't help or matter to them, I know they have it on their system but I guess they just don't want to look it up. Let me tell you about the people working here, they are fantastic!!! I came in to get 4 windows tinted. The kind lady up front helped me pick the percentage and ceramic and they had a deal which made it a bit cheaper so I said yes! I noticed afterward that I had debris (not bubbles) trapped in the tint. I went back and talked to a guy and he said to bring it back no problem and he even looked at my tint to make sure and tried to fix what he could. I scheduled another appointment to get them re done and they did it no problem! The tint is flawless and beautiful and I thank them so much! read more

After taking my vehicle there to get windows tinted I had to take it bad cause they left bubbles in my tint the size of caterpillars Also noticed they left my windows dirty from what I thought was what every they used to clean the windows , but after about a week I wash my side windows an low an behold my side windows where not dirty turns out what ever they used to clean my windows eat thru my windows they never wipes off the access over spray now I'm left with big etched makes on the windows , I will never go back to this place and I wouldn't even recommend to any body Also when I took I back to have them look at the bad tint job they did the tiny guy tried to talk me into just letting him cut the bubbles with out removing the tint an tries to get me to sign a waver I told him no I wanted it replaced an fixed correctly an he got mad cause each text gets paid piece work so any repair comes out of the own pocket not the business read more

Amazing tint location. Have gotten all my vehicles done here the past few years. Alway fast, friendly and reliable. Thought I'd try another place in San Bernardino only because I was already in town. They said $150 but after taking a quick visit and seeing the quality I'll stick with black market which I got done today. Just a little update for my tint since it's been a little over half a year - I did not take any photos for this because they're so small it would be nitpicky: I definitely see some small errors like the back windshield on the bottom has very small bubbles in a corner, my passenger window has very small dots of bubbles - like the size of maybe a ballpoint pen dot(?). The front windshield has two small lines on the left near the pillar and also a messed up cut where the rear mirror is. I'm still giving them 4/5 stars due to the price I paid for an all around ceramic tint, it was a killer price they gave me. I got what I paid for (which is the biggest thing about this establishment, you are not paying for 3M but are getting a decent tint) and they do support a lifetime warranty, where I can get these small errors fixed at no cost. read more

Brought my boat in to get the window tinted. Charged over $100 more then any other place but since I was trying to get it done before the weekend I didn't have much other choice. Brought it in at 8am like I was told, upon dropping off I was told I could pick it up at 12. 12 came and went then it just kept getting pushed back and pushed back. The office lady kept pushing pick up time by an hour each time I would call. When I was told it would be done at 12 I was originally happy because I am off work at 230. Since I couldn't get an actual time when it would be done I called at 215 and was told 320. I showed up at 3 and they were proceeding to pull the tint off and redo one side of it, obviously not going to be done by 320 at the rate. Not really sure how this place has so many stars? If you don't want to do the job just tell me your busy. Not that crazy of a concept! read more

We went there to get our windows tinted on the recommendation of a neighbor. They do not follow Covid guidelines, no one there wore a mask! Their waiting room was gross & filthy. We paid in cash, no receipt was given. We drove 5 mins home when we discovered 7 bubbles on 1 window & 4 bubbles on the other window! We went back immediately, it appeared that they fix the bubbles. Guess what? They reappeared! I don't understand... you're supposed to be in the business of tinting windows, how do you not get it right the 1st time! Now we have to go back a 3rd time! I took my car into their tint shop about two months ago. Initially I was excited because the tint looked great. On the drive home I began noticing things wrong inside my car. The first being the plastics were covered in the solution they used to apply the tint. This solution ended up staining a couple panels. It's not that noticeable so I let it go. Next was the new severe rattling coming from my rear deck. I found broken pieces of plastic in my trunk as well as green retainer clips. It wasn't until today that I had time to check out this rattle. Once removing the deck, I found four broken tabs and two missing retaining clips. Along side 4 razor blades left inside the car. I am extremely dissatisfied if the quality of work done here a black market window tint. read more
