When I called the owner here in Redlands at this location if he was related I came to find out his son owned the Orange County location. Right then and there already knew I was in good hands. The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield. He was friendly, kind, did a great job of explaining the situation and very professional. NEVER take your car to this tint company unless you want the worst service ever!!!!…read more The tint installation was poor quality, along with their inability to reason with paying customers. I had bubbles and water stains from it not drying properly. They told me to return it, and they wanted to reinstall the tint and let it dry in the sun for hours. However, when I arrived, the installer tried to do a quick fix and send us on our way without retinting the windows and allowing the sun to dry it properly. When I disagreed, he told me he would take out the tint and give me my money back!! He was aggressive and attempted to overspeak me several times. I remained calm and tried to reason with him, but he continued to talk aggressively, then he hung up the phone in my face. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! He started to remove the tint. As he was ripping off the tint, he later changed the refund to minus the labor cost, which was $80. This information should have been disclosed prior to him taking off the tint. This company is so unprofessional!!!!
