I gave a little grace because the hostess was kind and informed us they were backed up and running slow. But two waitresses for 6 tables total is a little ridiculous to get backed up on. I picked Perkins today to give them a second chance and because it feels more open and less cramped than 371 diner, however; I forgot that Perkins has a special on flies. 3 per customer. If you're looking for breakfast and want a Denny's feel, save yourself the hassle and just go to 371; cuz Perkins doesn't hit the way it should. If the manager wants to get more people in the restaurant, things I'd fix: pest control, a chef that knows how to cook, and waitresses that actually remembers when someone asks for water or Cholula.

During my visit Stan was professional, kind and it made an impressive he announced his name while speaking to him through the drive thru menu. He was also clear to hear in the speaker at drive thru. There also happen to be some card reader issue during my visit, but Stan communicated what was going on. I love how he kept me in the loop and didn't leave me hanging. I asked for crispy bacon and I got it. The food was warm and I even got napkins in my bag. Napkins in the bag is a must in my opinion. Stan you da man!
