Like other reviews have said, the wait was quite long. Others also frantically asked for cups as the guy seemed in a hurry to get back to the kitchen and quite depressed and bored. (They seemed to be out of tomatoes as none of our food had them when they were supposed to.) But overall the food was delicious. I love the concept of the soft shell wrapping the hard shell because it helps prevent it from shattering and makes it easier to eat. So as the destination for sampling at fourth meal, it was delicious and the wait wasn't a huge issue. But if you're really hungry or need food in a hurry, that is a big drawback for a "fast food" place.

She even helped us apply an online deal in the restaurant, which we really appreciated. We never caught her name, but she had just bought tickets to see Shinedown and was so excited about it, which made the interaction even more memorable. Overall, the food and service were both very good thanks to her hard work. The only downside was the uncomfortable temperature inside and the off-putting crowded back area, which came across more like off-the-clock staff hanging out than employees actively working because no one was in uniform.
