But Tiffany was pleasant and helpful and VERY well-informed about the process and how things work. She also gave me the option of getting my item elsewhere and bringing it into the store, but that wasn't going to be convenient for me in this case...but it was a good idea and I applaud Tiffany for her customer service.

They also had a couple of value sections throughout the store that were amazing! The lady in the store was super helpful and really sweet! It happened to be raining really hard that day, and she helped me to protect my products since we were very dedicated to still walking around in the rain.
