When I told her what I wanted, which is the same thing I have gotten done two times before at this location, she told me no, that's too much to put on here. I have literally gotten the exact same thing done twice before with no problems. I then spoke with her supervisor who excused this severe lack of customer service by saying that's how she talks to everyone. When I am spending close to $200 on a gift from my company to a Veteran, I at least expect common courtesy and decent customer service. Never again.
