I ordered ONE t-shirt.. just one.. ordered on 10/16/19.. called on 10/29 asking if shirt had shipped yet (paid for 2 day shipping clearly was for Halloween costume on 10/31)... called and they said it had not shipped, i canceled and they charged me 35% cancellation fee.. we will see if i actually receive the 65% refund.. you can't make one t-shirt in 2 full weeks just shut down. pathetic. scammers. read more

Never received the order. Been reaching out every few weeks for the last 4 months with no response at all. I've filed a BBB complaint and disputed the $400 charge on my card. I had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 shirts on May 21, 2020 for my wife's BD. They said 15 business days, which would be 3 weeks. It is now, July 30, 2020 which is well past 8 weeks. They won't answer their phones; it goes to a VM that "is full". When you leave an email, they either don't return it, or say it is pending. Pending means it has not yet even printed I believe?? I've spoken to them twice; said the'd send another one after 1st call - I said I'll get them a week. 2nd call no better: 'we'll send another' but I said no; please refund. They said no. Don't believe the other reviews! I have never received my order for three shirts. When I called the man was so rude. Told me I had to email for status of my order. Told him no one is replying to my email. He wouldn't check on my order and told me I shouldn't call because it had only been a month-(is that why they are called, NEED TSHIRTS NOW....Later...Never!) I ordered a single T-shirt with some of my art back in August 2019. They charged my card immediately and have not yet delivered the shirt (it is now Nov. 7). I have emailed several times, got one response that said my shirt would ship by the end of that week (it didn't). I called once and the person I spoke with would not (or could not) check up on my order and just kept insisting I had to send an email, despite the fact that I told him I had already emailed a couple of times. I finally received my order, the printing looks great. For those of you who did not receive your order yet, my advise is to give them another call but be nice. I called spoke with a gentleman who was very nice, he took the time to listen to what I had to say, I may have been angry at that moment but I still kept a cool head, I said to him I had read all the bad reviews and for my order it had been 25 days, I was begining to feel like the angery customers and thought "NEED NOW TSHIRTS" had taken my money and was not going to produce my product, he apologized and said to me that he was going to print my product and I would get it early the following week and did. I designed a custom-made t-shirt that I was really excited about for my cheering squad to wear for my brother's marathon. I ordered 12 of them and paid extra for rush shipping. I specified in my order the date that I needed them (+ giving a 2-day buffer). They provided no tracking number for my order so I was panicking when the shirts had not arrived. After calling (no answer/mailbox full) and emailing, no one got back to me until 2 days after I needed the shirts. They told me that the shirts had been delivered to the post office and a notice had been left. I never received any notice. Regardless, the attempt at delivery was later than my original order when I needed them. I still do not have these shirts and they will not give me a refund. Super frustrating. read more

It has been rough on the entire family to see him suffer through treatments so in an effort to boost morale, I ordered tshirts through Need Tshirts Now with a family joke on it. I hesitated to order through a larger company but I thought I would rather support a small, local business instead. Apparently this was a major mistake because Need Tshirts Now is a scam. They are more than happy to take your money but they are impossible to contact. They do not fulfill orders, they do not reimburse, and they do not answer the phone. Nine days later I called to check on the status and they guy told me that he didn't see it was a rush job and would get them sent out that day, refused to refund my 1hour rush fee since he still considered 9 days a rush order. Seven days later I called again and he made some excuse about not having the shirt color in stock but, again, would send it out that day. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me. I called back, asked why he hung up on me, and he said I wanted to cancel my order so he just hung up. He refused to refund my money but offered store credit. I did call them on Friday and received instructions for requesting overnight delivery. And then I called on Monday to confirm it would be shipped out that day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a shirt and submitted it for rush delivery which is 3-7 days for another $10. I paid with PayPal. The design was simple enough. It was literally a small logo with two colors 4 inches by 4 inches in the upper left chest area. That is beside the point but it shows that it was a simple design. I put in the request on October 6th. I called back today the 12th to see if it was possible that the shirt was done...considering they advertise 3-7 days. Of course they said it wasn't. I needed this shirt for a trip that I am heading on the next day that I would need the shirt for. So I asked if I could simply cancel my order. His answer was of course no. Why? Because they already processed the money. It could have been as easy as removing my order from the que and refunding my money on PayPal. But he said no. Mind you I emailed the company asking if it would be done by the time that I needed to leave and of course...they never responded to my email like another review. He could have easily simply cancelled my PayPal payment but he refused to. I asked when it would be ready and he said maybe the following Monday.
