During this quarantine period, she has been doing virtual classes every day of the week and what a blessing that has been. I'm no longer in the same time zone with her but her classes are at a time that's just right for me. I love that Robin takes the time to address every student's needs. I came here for a skin tag removal procedure and I am very pleased with the results…read more Dr. Kim performed my procedure. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I followed the instructions on the website by emailing them and letting them know which class I wanted to attend. They were prompt with getting back to me. I showed up Saturday morning to the Intro to Yoga class at 10:30 am. I for whatever reason bought a mat some time ago and had it in my trunk, but if you do not have a mat they provide them free of charge. The space is a clean little renovated house/studio with enough room for about 10 to 12 people. I liked that it was small and intimate. The instructor was very pleasant and asked us our names and why we decided to try Yoga. Then she put on the soft music and took us into a range of motions while explaining what everything meant and what areas of the body we were working. Everything flowed naturally, it was not intimidating at all, she offered alternate poses for the less limber and inexperienced. She welcomed questions through the process, but most of us were so into the flow we talked more with our bodies than with our mouths. I left with a clear head and calm demeanor. The website is very detailed down to telling you the class level (gentle, rigorous, active), who the instructors are, and what you will be doing in each class. So much to choose from: There is meditation, Yoga for weight loss, Yoga abs& powerful flow, prenatal yoga, and so much more! I booked them for our annual staff appreciation event , an important day for my team, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The DJ promised to arrive an hour before our event to set up. She didn't show up until the exact start time. Then, while setting up, she disappeared for nearly 20 minutes, leaving us without any music for the first half hour of our event. When she finally started playing, the music selection was awful, I honestly could've just plugged in my phone and done better. We also specifically requested a microphone for speeches, which only worked within a few feet of her table. The event was outdoors (which I made clear from the beginning), so that was useless. When I asked why she didn't have more music options, she said she couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, something never mentioned in the contract. Afterward, I reached out to Vinny, who apologized and promised a refund. That refund never came. Multiple emails later, still no response. The lack of professionalism and accountability was astonishing. I'll be disputing the charge through my credit card company, but honestly, I just want to save others the same headache. Spend your money elsewhere , this company is not worth the stress.

Skyy allows his intuition to lead and (while still ensuring you're comfortable) will switch things up based on what your body needs. Never met anyone so gifted.
