I am a small customer, only a 100 gallon tank so I know my service doesn't make or break their business, but they shouldn't treat me as such. The reps at the Turlock office are rude and ill informed and will give you incorrect information. When I called corporate to get things straightened out, I was told that this office has a high turnover rate and that sometimes the girls won't know the answer to your question but that should mean they transfer you to someone who can give you correct info, not just make up the answer. If you're a small residential customer, I would NOT recommend using Suburban, happy to say that as of today I have moved my business elsewhere.
