Horrible experience! I wanted my friend to be also taking pictures on our special day since he is a…read morephotographer and knows us so it would be a special point of view. But as he was still a guest so we wanted a professional team there too. We got snobbed by the photographers, me and my side of the family was not even asked to take individual photos or together me and my husband. They were in my bridal room for 2 minutes ,took a few awful pictures of me getting ready. Our wedding video is so bad I could cry every time I think of it. Never watch it, it's too painful and it just makes me angry. We never got a long one just a 5 min snippet. The music is cued so out of context that I am walking down the aisle to party music. We tried to get it fixed 3 times and it's like a blind and deaf person is editing it who was also extremely rude!!! I wish I had just gone to someone else. I could have thrown the money (thousands) out of the window and it would've been better spent.

The person that did show up was rude, intrusive during the ceremony, turned up an hour early, and then charged us an additional fee to stay for the last hour of the contract. We were deceived and treated very poorly. It makes no difference the quality of the work; the attitudes, of the photographer and the person that created our final wedding album, were appalling and it was extraordinarily unpleasant to have to be in the same room with them. Absolutely everyone deserves better! You would be really only slightly worse off to hire your friend to bring their phone to shoot your event. After all of our hard work we came out feeling disappointed & taken advantage of. The best word to describe the experience with our photographer is shameful. The prices are actually cheaper than many places, the shooting space is quite ample and the staff is not only top notch but seems to really enjoy their work. I also found it really easy to feel comfortable and get a good vibe for getting my shots, which isn't easy to set up and usually takes much more time than this session took. You tell them what you're seeking and they can give you intelligent feedback plus help you bring out the best you. I was fortunate to get a weekend shoot date (which doesn't commonly happen with them) but they do have appointments on weekdays as well. The website is very user friendly and I'd definitely use them again for future photography needs; I've been getting tons of positive feedback on my new headshots & feel more like a bona fide actress with them.

Due to her professionalism and pure talent, I hired Tatiana for my headshots in 2012 and 2015. The walls of Tatiana's photo studio are filled with large canvas photos of some of her past wedding clients on their special day. She instantly made me feel comfortable in front of the camera in both photo shoots. Tatiana was able to capture my essence and personality in the photos. I deeply appreciated the amount of precision she applied to every shot. Before snapping a picture, she noticed a strand of hair in my face and politely asked me to move it behind my ear.
