I never do reviews online, but JT auto body was the only autobody shop that was able to help my son with his car and definitely the only one who really wanted to help. My son has a 2008 car that was in an accident, another large body shop took the car apart charged me $400 and told me there was no parts available. The estimate was equal to the cost of the vehicle and I brought the car home with what I thought were a few options. Fortunately someone we knew recommended JT auto body. Unlike the other stores, I went and met with JT himself who owns the business. He immediately told me he could find parts and that he was willing to do the job and most importantly he wanted to help. Also his estimate was far below the estimate of the other large chain autobody store and made the repairs possible. Everything I was told was accurate, the car was done ahead of time, it looks great and we are extremely pleased and thankful that we found JT and his business. Otherwise we might be without a vehicle for my son. In today's world when you can actually talk to the person who owns the business and you get a sensation that they really care about you, what you need and the quality of their work/word. Wow Wow Wow!!! I highly recommend this place! We got in a terrible accident due to some freezing cold. Our entire front bunper was gone and one of our tires was impaled with a nail. Second time customer and it was even better than the first. Car sustained heavy rear and moderate front damage. Called JT's and they had me bring it straight over. Travis took care of everything to include screwing the rear bumper cover back so I could drive it till my drop off date.
