I needed damage from a parking lot hit and run repaired on my fairly new car, as well as paintless dent repair after having a door opened onto my side panel. After some research into area shops, I decided to try OCR. I was highly impressed at how clean, efficient, and professional the office and the garage was. The estimator who worked with me was very honest, and the estimate was accurate to the actual services performed. The service was fast, too, once I went in for the repairs - one day turnaround - and fairly priced. The repairs I needed were minor and cosmetic, so I did not work with insurance and I can't comment on that aspect, but they do seem to work with all major insurance companies. All the little things I needed done got done, and when they finished, they lightly detailed my car, including buffing out some scratches on the hood, which was a nice touch. Of course, I hope I never need to come back, but if I do need a body shop's services again, I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

Since claims count against you, we wanted to ensure it was worth it to file one or just pay for the damage ourselves. To further add insult to injury, they didn't tell us this when we scheduled the estimate, forcing us to take time off unnecessarily.

My car was in the shop after being in an accident and I was told it would "take a couple of days". When I dropped it off I was told it would be there until Thursday or Friday "by the latest" of that week. Which I thought was fantastic because I was moving that weekend and needed my car back for the move. After I dropped my car off, I heard nothing. I called on Thursday and they said it would be done on Friday and they would call and let me know when it was ready. Friday at 3:30 (they close at 5:00) I have heard nothing so I had to reach out AGAIN and get the status of my vehicle and they said it would be ANOTHER WEEK IN THE SHOP! I was highly disappointed with the quote they gave me of it "only taking a couple of days" and "Friday by the latest". My whole moving plans were out the window. The next week came and I had to reach out again on Wednesday checking on the status of my car and they once again said "Friday by the latest" and "they would call me when it was ready". I had to call them AGAIN to see when it would be ready. Finally when I got my car back it "still needed parts". SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK IN AGAIN WITH NO COURTESY VEHICLE FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THIER FAULT MY CAR HAD TO COME BACK. They quoted me it would only "take two hours". I had them swear up and down that it would because I was out of a vehicle and paying out of packet for a ride to work that day. I once AGAIN had to call the shop to check on the status at 3:30pm and it was not ready. They "had the wrong part and needed to find a new one". I was hugely upset because they promised me once again it would be down "IN TWO HOURS". Such a horrible communication from a shop. Such a horrible service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Unfortunately, during the service, the windshield was further damaged and ended up with a crack instead. Was notified of the damage by owners and offered to replace windshield at half cost. After discussion, it was agreed upon that the windshield would be replaced for free. They were able to get this accomplished fairly quickly within a week or so. Overall, a very professional interaction. Would use this business again and recommend to others.
