The parking is well marked and convenient for access to their store without fighting with the surrounding areas. The toughest part is getting into or out of the shopping center! The outside is clean and well maintained and the automatic doors make it easy to walk in or out with merchandise. They not only have Amazon but also have a fed ex and ups counter, so they offer many other conveniences. Another great thing they offer is electronics recycling. So if you have old phones, computers, printers, etc. they have a free drop off service for you here. The floor is well marked taking you straight to the return counter. Where today Sam was extremely helpful and courteous! It only took a second to scan my return and get a receipt.with the printing of the receipt they offer you a coupon towards a purchase of any item from their store. My coupon today was worth 20% and is good for a few days.

I explained that I didnt need this huge $16 box and asked if I could return that too, she became even more impatient, said it was already packaged and she had no idea how to return it. Yesterday, and today I spoke with Sandy from HVAC True Comfort, who stated that the part is with the technician. However, today I still have no update from the technician on whether they actually have the part or when they plan to come out. This lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We have a tenant at the property who has a serious disability, and the cold weather poses a real health risk. It is crucial that this repair be completed as soon as possible. I hope this message reaches a manager or someone who can understand the urgency of this situation. We have waited long enough, and this situation has become unacceptable. After this I will not go for them or HWA warranty they both suck and stay away.
