We were charged 24% on a daily basis and our mortgage went from 590k to 850k. They truly wanted us to loose our property and did absolutely nothing for us but to put us in the hole. After consulting with my attorney he advice this was the oldest trick in the book. This company continued to reach out to me for business and after asking several times to please stop calling me I asked to speak with Nate. Even Quicken Loans (who is also terrible) was better to work with than this. The entire process from beginning to end was not transparent and I had to run behind the loan officer to get vital information. In addition, I have never had to work so hard doing the lenders job to obtain documents. Even my HR department questioned the competence of this lender when they didn't know who to call to obtain employed verification. Additionally, they sent no one to the closing to explain the loan and provided last minute information that could have delayed or voided the closing. I felt like they were working against me rather than for me. If you want to be stressed out due to incompetence, then go with this lender. Please do your best to avoid them.
