You know when you get a feeling about a place and you say to yourself "I think something is off here" but you stop that voice and you try not pre-judge somewhere.... yeah I really wished I listened to that voice... 3 days ago I called this place about there vehicle talked to a guy named 'Matt' sounded nice and said he would send a list of vehicles but never did. Called back to ask about the list and talked to Nick who said that he had plenty of trucks in my price point but would not tell me which ones. I asked if he was sure because I had very specific needs (which I told him) and he assured me that they had several trucks that weren't on the website because they "sell so fast". Sooooo I made the hour plus drive to make it to my scheduled appointments 1. No one was free to meet with me, even though I scheduled an appointment, and they only had two trucks both from the website neither ones fit my need and they didn't come down on the price on there other trucks. Can I give 0 stars Wow !! So unprofessional I don't know where to start. I contacted them about a truck I saw on line so after a few talks I went to see it Rich assured me I was all set. I got there and the truck was junk !!!. Rich hadn't bothered looking into any other vehicle on the lot , so I waited 4 hours for him to do paperwork to see what else fit my budget. I ended up with a 2004 Acura MDX . It looks 3 days to get it to me because it needed an inspection. When I got it , the inspection sticker was still on it from 4 months ago and they " forgot " my paperwork. They mail me the paperwork and instead of a $5,000 loan plus interest I got a $7,250 loan plus interest !!!! I ended up paying $12,000 for a vehicle I agree to pay $7,000. Why ??? Because what they don't tell you is the bank they use charges $2,250 for credit repair !!!!! I now owe TWICE what my car is worth !!! read more

Not a dealership, a bunch of criminals! Bought a truck from nick, financed through Wells Fargo. They agreed to fix some things on the truck before delivery, never happened. Trying to work with the manager Christian, he was rude and hung up. Months pass and I get a call from them saying they made an error on the paper work and that I needed to come in and rebuy the car, having a new loan?! I ignore their calls, they leave threatening voicemails on my phone such as "you're gonna get a visitor, you can't run, you can't hide." Then I got a notice from WellsFargo saying the dealership paid off my loan and now owns the truck?!? This is the worst place i have ever been. They will make you run around in circles and waste as much of your time and money as possible. I attempted to purchase a vehicle there which they had guarantied MASS inspection by JTS. They had told me there was a few things that they needed to fix/replace before they give it to me. It had been planned for my to pick it up on a monday, the 18th, three days later. Ultimately, i was to go to JTS to fully pay them to get the title. Then go insure and register it, and travel back to JTS to pick up my car. When i got to JTS for the second time they had newly informed me that my car was not ready (even though i was just there that morning and everything was still a go) and i could pick it up tuesday. This continued for three more days- of them telling me it was ready when it was not. Finally thursday i told them NOT to call me until it was on their lot and ready to go. Come Monday the 25th, i received a call saying it was ready and there. when i got there they informed me i would need to bring it back wednesday for a part they had been waiting on. On wednesday, i called to get the Okay to bring it in to get the part installed. They then informed me the part still hasn't come in. My car still isn't fixed and its now a week later. F*** this pace. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!! read more

After arguing profusely with the general manager, they agreed to tow me back to their garage and put in a new transmission. A week later, the transmission went...again. When she test drove it, she discovered it had 108,000 miles 4 bald tires and one of their employees has been driving the car and was in an accident with it. They only get a star because that is the only way you can post a review. I would give them negative 100 if I could. Has to be the absolute worst place to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I went and looked at a truck on a saturday. We were told they would deliver said truck to us with an inspection sticker and a 20 day plate. Well that was 2 weeks ago tomorrow. We dealt with Richard. He came up with every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't deliver. The first was that they had ordered a brand new bumper for the truck and it didn't come in until the day the truck was supposed to be delivered to us. He said he would deliver the next day. Well the next day Richard called again and said that his "20 day plate guy" wouldn't be in until Monday or Tuesday so he couldn't deliver. (what kind of car dealer doesn't have somebody to issue a 20 day plate on a weekend?). So he promised it would be delivered on Monday. Well guess what? Yup Monday we got a call from not Richard but Jared who said he is the owner and that the RPM's were pinning out at the top and he had already paid a guy to repair the cluster. He promised us that he would personally deliver the truck to us Tuesday night. Well you can guess by now that on Tuesday we didn't get a phone call or a deliver of said truck. On Wednesday my husband found the exact same truck listed on their sight for sale again for about $7,000 more that what we had taken the loan for on this thing. I bought a car with the assurance it would pass inspection. Not only did it not pass, I was told I should not have even been allowed to drive it off the lot in the condition is in. It is structurally unsafe and SHOULD NOT have been sold, period!! There has been no answer to my emails and no one from the sales office has called me back after my initial complaint. IF, and this is a BIG if, JTS decides to do the right thing here and refund the money paid for this unsafe non-fixable vehicle, I will happily change my review! Do not buy from here!! I bought an 05 Silverado with 100k miles. I traded in my Subaru which was a $26k car and this is what I get in return. I've had this truck for under a year and got the extended warranty for it (which there is no point because they charge $100 deductible everytime you bring it in for warranty repair since they use a 3rd party warranty company) I took my truck in for an oil change and the mechanic pulled me into the shop and brought this to my attention. He asked how long ago I bought the truck because when he put it on the lift he noticed the whole rear ended is rotted out. Crossmember was rotted out, shock was hanging on by a thread. Main bolts are missing from the leaf spring. The mechanic said this truck should have NEVER got an inspection sticker and is unsafe to drive. The salesman at JTS claimed the truck was in "great" shape when it was there. But anybody who has a brain knows rot like this doesn't happen in just a few months not to mention the safety hazard this is. He claims "well it got a sticker right after you bought it ", BUT....They are the ones who put the sticker on it. They will undercoat you "new" car to cover the rust and rot. Even though I spent $10k on a $4k truck they won't help fix. He offered to pay off "some" of my loan if I wanted to trade it in for another truck. read more

If there was a way to give this "dealership" less than 1 star, I absolutely would! Richard, one of the sales guys, was actually very nice. I would have purchased a red mustang (in the middle of winter!) if the General Manager's ego didn't destroy the sale. Not only was Randy's customer service appalling, they had the car posted for $1500 difference on different websites. ($6995 on one, $5499 on another) I had a couple of cars that I was looking at and seriously considering buying in the area, but I had decided that the one at JTS was my favorite. I called to speak with Richard and told him that I wanted to be in the $5000 range and he said that he would check with the GM and get back to me 15 minutes later. 45 minutes passed, so I called and I got Randy, the GM, on the phone. I asked to speak with Richard and he said that Richard was with a customer. I explained that I had cash in hand and had been waiting 45 minutes to hear back. He was very rude and dismissive when I told him that I had another car I was seriously considering, but I would prefer to buy the one on his lot. He refused to help me himself, claiming that he was also with a customer. When I told him that I could wait 15 more minutes for Richard's call before moving forward with the other car, and Randy had the audacity to laugh at me!! After ending the call, I decided to drive over there. (Mind you, this was probably 30+ minutes after getting off the phone with Randy.) There was not a customer in sight. I walked in, cash in hand and offered the money to take it same day, no 3rd party mechanic inspection (which i originally wanted), but I did want their inspection that they originally promised. Randy, again incredibly rude, argued with me and said he would only let me take it as is, with no inspection by them... He lost the sale over an inspection sticker!! So after wasting over 2 hours of my time waiting on them, I shook Richard's hand and walked out. It wasn't that poor kid's fault. He's just an employee under terrible management. A couple hours later, what do you know, my phone gets a ring from Richard. He asked me if I had any flexibility on price, which I responded to as politely as possible. (Again not his fault) I stated that they had my offer and after how rudely I was treated by his manager, the next offer they got from me would be lower. I told them that I had another car being inspected by my 3rd party mechanic and I expected to move forward with that. He asked that I call him and let him know how it goes and said he would try to work out things on his end. I responded recommending that he find a new place of employment because he would be much more successful under a manager without an ego that would lose a sale over an inspection sticker. (Supposedly the car was ready for inspection and didn't have any problems.) This was probably a little forward of me to say, but this was after reading reviews on many other sites by customers who had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE as me with the GM. Oh, and to top it off, when I originally test drove the vehicle, after pulling out of the lot, the dash beeped reflecting 0 miles to E. Anyone that knows Plaistow, knows it's not that easy to turn around. I pulled over and put $5 in the gas tank... And when I said this after returning the car, they didn't even offer to reimburse me for the $5 I put in their tank... So JTS not only cost me time, frustration and my patience, they cost me gas out to Plaistow and a crisp $5 bill! read more

They tried to sell me a 2004 suburban with 150,000 miles in which the brakes didn't even work and there was a check engine light on for $10,000. Financed a bmw from there in April of 2013, upon looking to trade it in recently I learned that the car has structural damage according to Carfax from years before I purchased it making it essentially valueless despite their claims at the time of my purchase. I have contacted the BBB, attorney general as well as an attorney and plan to pursue this as far as the law will allow. I've been paying my hard earned money on time every month for almost a year and a half on a car that should never have been retailed, finance able and is worth nothing in trade as the title is not clean. No matter what it takes I will get this loan expunged, and all of the money paid into it by myself back.
