Customer service is lacking as I came in to do an inspection was told they had no time and that they could schedule me tomorrow then proceeded to pick up the phone and discuss with an employee how they put in the wrong sunroof yada yada... when dealing with a customer and telling them you will schedule them appointment you don't then start a conversation with your employee on the phone when u can speak to them after you finish with the client your customer service skills suck and so did dudes attitude. Maybe greet people with a smile like this place should get some woman to do the meet and greet cause first impressions are a lot better if you're not a total douche canoe. After the big-chain shop where I'd been taking my car made me wait over an hour without even bringing my car inside to work on, I decided to look for a locally owned auto service shop and went with CarTech Plus, which is close to my home. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The work was a scheduled maintenance job, changing the oil filter and checking a few things. They were done about half an hour after I arrived and charged considerably less than the other shop's quote. As a bonus, they cleaned off a mark on my front fender. I went to two different dealers each one was a 3 hour round trip only to be disappointed they lied and the car we asked about was not on the lot. I found Car Tech Plus on Craigslist and he had a Mini Cooper convertible. I sent a text on Sunday and had a reply instantly. I was told that the dealership was closed on Sunday. He would be there on Monday and so would the car, I told Jeff I had been jerked around too many times and asked if I drove up would the car be there. He said the car would be there. He did not play games nor did he appreciate games. I text to let him know we were leaving RI and that I had to swing by the bank. We got to CAR TECH PLUS. This is my second time coming in; I've had all three of my vehicles inspected here. I have a baby so I need my car maintenance visits to be quick. This is the place to go. The waiting room is comfortable, clean with nice bathrooms, water, coffee and tv. He has a few vintage oil cans neatly on display. My daughter had plenty of room to play while we waited. They drive me home and picked me up when the car was ready.
