I texted the videos, and then heard ... nothing. I called the next day, and he picked up, but then hung up immediately. I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?" HIM: "Yeah, I'll give you a call." That was month and a half ago. I found a different and more responsive contractor to solve my problem.

They discovered a couple issues once things were torn out; these were addressed at minimal additional cost. Hired Brian to install new tub and surround which was owner supplied and a new window which he…read moresupplied. Being the only bath in the house work had to be completed and usable in one day. Is completed in the same day but was discovered afterwards that the surround was was installed wrong so had to be reordered and first one had to be torn out and reorder installed at his expense. New bath faucet internals also had to be replaced (at owners expense) because when soldering in place he got the fixture to hot and ruined the parts so faucet leaked from day one. Also a few years later when installing new siding discovered instead of ordering correct window the window that was installed was a "replacement" window meant to go in an old window frame but was installed in a wood frame opening with a horrible caulk and trim job on the outside which allowed the window drain holes to leak water into the wall of the house for years. The wall had to be torn apart and rebuilt from the water and subsequent insect damage. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

I called Ivan for a free roof repair estimate. He came the same day. Took pictures of the issues, sent me an estimate later that night for the repairs I needed. I approved the quote on Tuesday and he was here Saturday morning to repair my roof. He installed the ridge vent and new matching ridge vent caps on my garage that the roofer didn't do last year and was supposed too. Removed the main vent pipe that was leaking due to it not being re-flashed or fitted with a new pipe by the other roofer. He sealed it and made it new and leak proof. In addition to that he added a small ridge vent on the front overhand that was not there. And he put all of my siding back on that blew off because the other company used roofing nails not siding nails. He even replaced the j-channel and a piece of damaged siding. I wish I had him do the entire roof last year. 315 Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with and their quote for all of the work was reasonable.

That would make it false advertising. * end of update I'm not pleased with their handling of my project. The website shows pictures of a fence install. I contacted them to set up a quote and received two text messages. First to contact them to dis uss and then today telling me they don't handle fence installs. WTH?!?! They instead referred me to someone else. I'm not pleased that this was handled this way. I doubt very much that I'll ever use them given they can't even handle normal business communication properly.
