Every Thursday (which is when Art gets in his pallets of new inventory), she says to me "Happy Smarty's Day!" You just never know what you are going to find here. We have gotten the following items in the past year or two: a brand new Samsung dishwasher (a model that had only been on the market for five months, new in the box for over $700 off retail price!), a Ninja Creamy ice cream machine, Instant Pot lid that turns it into an air fryer, Dyson and Shark vacuum cleaners for hundreds off list price, deck boxes and hose reels for the backyard, a new microwave, an amazing array of plastic storage bins in all sizes for the garage/storage locker...and that's just off the top of my head! Going to Smarty's is our weekly treasure hunt. More than once, my daughter has bemoaned that she bought something elsewhere only to find it later at Smarty's for a fraction of the price. On the rare occasion that something we bought ended up damaged after we opened the box (which does happen from time to time, given the nature of the business of buying pallets of stuff from Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.), Art has always made good and given us a full refund. I am almost loathe to tell people about this store because I want to keep these amazing, secret deals all to myself, but I also want Art to stay in business forever. Thanks, Art! BUYER BEWARE I…read morepurchased a piece of furniture for my new office from A to Z. The packaging was in rough shape and the box had been re-taped, but the women working there seemed sincere so I had the package loaded into my car. About 20 days later it was moving day, so I opened box to build the piece to find that all of the non-wood parts were missing. There were no screws, hinges or any other parts to connect the lightly damaged planks of wood. This seemed like an honest mistake until I reached out to A to Z where I was accused of stealing the parts from myself in order to get my money back? A full or even partial refund was out of consideration. In light of this conversation I perhaps should have looked at the deal with more scrutiny, but that is what I get for trusting A to Z. It was not a tremendous amount of money ($130), but the lack of integrity and honesty is what I found to be most troubling. I would avoid using them, or at the very least do your due diligence on making a purchase there.

Upon receiving them and opening the box we noticed a strong odor of mildew coming from the box... and also the packages of leis that were inside... after which i contacted the store immediately and spoke with Tyler .. who told me this is not a normal ocurrence.. and that he would speak with the owners to get this worked out. while I waited to hear from Tyler I had the rest of the leis inspected... there were 60 leis 5 bags with a dozen in each bag... only one dozen... one bag.. was sealed... the other four were opened and stapled shut in a failed attempt to reseal them... so what i have is 48 leis that smell like they were sitting in a dirt cellar for a few years ...so i was willing to work with the shop because we really needed this product for a family event. I had to call Tyler again after a few days because i never heard back.. i mentioned that i understand these things happen... if he could give us a partial refund and i would have them remade with new ribbon (which is what was holding the strong mildew odor), a process that is not easy and very time consuming, or they could possibly replace them with sealed leis....the response i received is nothing what i expected... they offered a mere $15 off my next order... MY NEXT ORDER ! ! !.. mind you i just spent $180 + $20 for shipping .. of course i could always send them back for a refund but like i said i really needed them so i asked if they could resend me sealed packages after i returned the smelly ones .. i was told that they absolutely would not send anymore ... so.. i asked myself why in the world would I need a $15 dollar discount on my next order if i was already sold a moldy smelly product to begin with.... i mean really who does business like that.. and since i really need these ive decided to eat the cost ...order new ribbon and pay someone to restring the leis.. but i will definitely be making the rounds on all the review sites.... let me know where to send the moldy ribbon that i cut off of the leis ...just in case you think im lying
