I have 5 grandbabies and you can not beat the price of the clothing in this store. Those that have written bad reviews about the merchandise being sold......Let me address that.....You are shopping at a discount store, If you want perfect condition items go shop at the big box stores and pay full price. I personally like shopping for discounted merchandise. I went into the Offer-It store around the holidays and have to say that it was trashed. I walked in and walked right back out. I appreciate having many varieties of discount stores in my area that are convenient to get to.

I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. I'll be sure to check out Tire Outlet the next time I need new tires!

We walked around the clothing area as well and they have started selling some fall/wintery clothing. Great value on vests, jackets, socks, thermal wear and more. I love that they sell so many seasonal items for reasonable prices. There's also some brand named perfumes that were being sold, so that was nice! We walked around the produce, meats, dairy and pastries area. Lots of different items to look at. There were quite a few samples stations around the fridge areas, so it was nice to munch on these items while we were shopping around. We were looking for ground beef to make Mapo Tofu, and found that any of the ground meats have a great price for a low cost. After grabbing all our items, we did not have to wait whatsoever to get to the cash. They helped us right away and we also had some alcohol too. Employees were very friendly and kind-hearted. I received a call from one of my immediate family members that there was a man who had stopped them and cornered them in the store, making inappropriate comments about looking for a sugar baby and having issues getting someone to go into bed with them. This man was holding onto their shopping cart and not letting them get away, keeping the conversation going. My family member was scared and very uncomfortable. They went ahead and told staff about the situation right before giving me a phone call to come and comfort them. I get to Costco and see my family member crying and standing nearby the registers. My family member told me that the staff was looking for this man to "resolve" the situation. We wait for staff to come back, and someone from the loss prevention belittles the situation, smiles, laughs and says "hey, he's an old man, he was just making conversation " Seriously? Is this the way a situation like this is supposed to be treated? VERY unacceptable. I told the staff member to get out of my face because they tried to belittle the situation. This is textbook harassment and there should be ZERO tolerance for it. My family member has been coming here for a long time and now they don't feel comfortable coming here anymore and frankly I don't want them coming here anymore either. I spoke with a supervisor named Daniel at the end. I am giving him a chance to resolve the situation. But I am going to leave this review up because EVERYONE needs to see how Costco handles situations like this. Please don't let young family members come alone.
