I explained to the dentist I would much rather do it in one visit if that's an option with other dentists and the end result was they attempted to charge me a $50 fee for " Breaking my appointment Without 24 hour notice". No apologies for the concept that they burnt up two hours of my day and now I have to start all over because there are plenty of dentists that do crowns in one visit. I haven't been to the dentist in 4 years, so I was preparing myself for a deep cleaning and almost anything else they said I needed. Turned out that I had cavities, needed a scaling and lord knows what else. I'm posting for everyone to see. They wanted to charge me $2600 plus for everything. I'm sitting there thinking "wow it's been 4 years I'm going to pay this much because they're telling me I need it". Why would the dentist lie? We get to the payment portion of the appointment and all of a sudden they're accommodating me about me bringing my daughter and my other two children. After me telling her for the 10th time I don't have anyone to watch my kids. I then go to another dentist, where I also did X-rays. I have ZERO cavities and don't need anything these "dentists" told me. In fact, I was told I have good oral hygiene for not going to the dentist in 4 years! How do you go from one extreme to another just by getting a second opinion. Needless to say, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES AT ASPEN DENTAL! Do yourself a favor. Part of me wishes I would let them DRILL into my teeth to see how they would justify unnecessary procedures on their patients.

I could not have been more mistaken. I walked into his office literally in tears. I was at another dentist that took my insurance, and from start to finish it became clear to me that their is in fact a HUGE difference. Instead of going on about the terrible experience at the other dentist I want to share what I saw and felt to be the biggest difference. Dr Naierman has stellar bedside manner. He is polite, and takes a few moments to speak with me before even touching my mouth. While looking in my mouth he is not "heavy handed" and is quite aware that their is a person attached to "that mouth". He is professional and caring. After looking at my X-rays it was determined that I would need additional work done. He explained what/why/how. His staff was kind and eager to help with qs and the overall happy feeling in that office, I am sure, is a direct result of the working environment and watching Dr Naierman interact so well with the people that come in. The only thing I am sorry about is that I am moving away and won't be able to use him as my regular dentist.

It was also discovered that I had a broken crown. The took the casting and put in a temp which fit nicely for two week. My crown was replaced as scheduled and looks great. Nice office staff and awesome doctor! Highly recommend.
