This has created a huge inconvenience and made it seem as though I have a serious driving violation, when that is not the case! Customers should be properly notified before their insurance is canceled, especially when the cancellation can directly affect their ability to legally register their vehicle. The lack of communication and customer support throughout this situation has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

It's really about State Farm and the multi billion dollars they pay out to famous people to push their product. Daughter had an accident last month $6000 claim. My policies 2 , went from $255 a month to $555 a month , no phone calls just a new bill. had to leave . I have had more customer service calls from Allstate in 24 hours than I've had from State Farm in a decade. Brought my rates down to reasonable number. thought I had an at fault insurance rider with SF. regardless things are back in control by switching to a new company.

Several months ago my wife contacted the office to reduce the coverage on our broken down truck to liability. However, what occurred was that the coverage was reduced to liability on my daily vehicle. I was not aware of this until after I was side swiped by a kid who provided me insurance info that had been terminated 2 days prior. In my opinion it was unprofessional or incompetent not to confirm or verify the coverage change. I will be moving my coverage to another entity.
