I was able to get an appointment the day after calling, which was amazing in and of itself, but the experience was even more amazing when we actually went for our visit. Jay in the front is such a ray of sunshine. She actually lifted my spirit on a bit of a challenging day for me. She was so warm and friendly. Her energy was contagious. The whole front office staff were so nice to my daughter, complimenting her and just making her feel seen. Our wait time was next to nothing in the front and even when we were taken to the back to wait for Dr. Shraga. He was immediately able to diagnose and put my daughter on a treatment plan.
