Been to this office 3 times and never had an issue…read more Sometimes the wait is long but it is hard for the office to gauge when an appointment may go over the time allotted for them. I was shocked to see on two occasions patients yelling loudly at the front desk staff. They took it well, as someone who has and still does work in the medical field this is not something I take well. I also was treated respectfully and very kindly by the doctor and MA. They knew I was stressed and have issues passing out due to other medical conditions with procedures. They took their time with me and when I felt like I was going to black out they got me water and placed cold towels all around my face and stood by my side. So I'm sorry if my medial issues or medical emergency held up one of the exam rooms longer than they had initially thought and really hope the front desk staff and medical providers did not have to then deal with someone screaming at them for this. People/ patients need to understand that things are happening that they do not get the luxury of knowing about and should try to lead more with kindness. The only negative thing I could say about this office is ... they seem to get a decent amount of crazy, entitled, rude and angry people as their patients. I was able to get an appointment the day after calling, which was amazing in and of itself, but the experience was even more amazing when we actually went for our visit. Jay in the front is such a ray of sunshine. She actually lifted my spirit on a bit of a challenging day for me. She was so warm and friendly. Her energy was contagious. The whole front office staff were so nice to my daughter, complimenting her and just making her feel seen. Our wait time was next to nothing in the front and even when we were taken to the back to wait for Dr. Shraga. He was immediately able to diagnose and put my daughter on a treatment plan. He did not even glance at my son's skin. Stay away from Tassavor - we will definitely not come back. Also the prescription he gave us was for 18 years old and above. My son is 14.
