They cut and removed the roots for 3 trees and also ground down 3 humongous palm tree stumps, which was a lot of work. And there was really no trace of the stump left to be found! Amazing. This review is for services rendered on 7-14-22 I just have to say, the speed and efficiency of Ureno tree service is second to none. Susano initially gave me a quote based on my rough estimate of topping 26 super overgrown cypress trees. I didn't realize that the trees were literally over 60 feet tall. I needed them trimmed due to some home renovations I have been planning and plus the trees are original to the house and never been maintained ever. Let me tell you, 75 year old cypress trees that never been maintained make an extreme mess of dropped tree matter. Susano looked at my trees and we were able to agree on a price and let me say it was hands down a very reasonable price. He told me it would end up being a two day job due to the amount of trees needing to be topped His crew showed up and let me stay they were prompt, courteous and fast. I believe they probably would have finished in one day if it wasn't for the fact that the tree shredding truck? Ended up filled to the brim by the 21st tree. My neighbors got services from this company recently and they were so unprofessional they were trimming trees then the tree branches fell over to my house and they picked it up late which caused my dog to get badly injured because of their fault my dog got spinal damage because when he was running around my house playing with me he went running down the hall expecting to see nothing in the way because usually nothings there then he saw that a tree branch was there and since he was running he tried to stop and he made a bad movement which caused him to get spinal damage and now he can't move his back right leg. I tried to reason with the owner to see if he can own up to his mistakes and pay the vet bill but he was saying that it wasn't his fault at all that he got hurt and that he wouldn't be paying anything at all so now I paid the bill and the doctor is saying if meds don't work then he has to get surgery, so now thanks to these bad workers my dog might need surgery which will cost a ton. Also when they picked up the branches that they dropped they didn't even pick up the leaves or pedals that the tree had so now I have to pick that up too.
