I reached out to Octavio's tree service and requested a quote for some tree trimming and removal. I got a prompt response and Eric was able to meet me the same day. I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. These guys are great. I had called a previous tree service and sent them pics of some trees I needed removed, and even though they had been great in the past, they ghosted me. He then got his crew here the next day and in one hour they had 3 trees, two bushes, and two birds of paradise removed. They even cleaned up my side yard area which wasn't involved. They cut/removed 4 trees from my side yard (1 avocado, 1 loquat & 2 pomegranate trees) plus they also trimmed my pomegranate tree in front.
