The crispy shrimp is perfectly cooked, light and the sauce adds flavor with good balance. The spare ribs are delicious, filling and satisfying. The fried rice, which I love to eat with the ribs, is great on its own and a great vehicle for many if their meats. The Chilean seabass is interesting with a preparation that is different from any other restaurant where I've had it. It was more mild than I'm used to with a noticeable influence from the broth. Really good overall. The pecking duck is legitimate with a fitting preparation and served properly. Great meal for two. My favorite of all the dishes that I've tried at this place might just be the Tonkotsu ramen. The broth is just so well infused with pork flavor and the viscosity is just right. The tables and bases all need a thorough cleaning as well as other areas I noticed during our visit. I'd understand this a little more if I saw they were super busy and only had one person working, however, we were the only customers, except for two to-go orders and the one employee was sitting down on his phone when he wasn't helping a customer. The ordering process felt like a speed round of a game show where asking questions costs points. We were rushed through despite there being exactly zero people waiting behind us.
