The staff was friendly and my drink came out quickly since they weren't busy, which made the visit even smoother. I ordered the Uji Matcha Crème Brûlée with added cheese foam, and it was incredible. The matcha flavor was smooth and earthy, the crème brûlée layer brought a nice sweetness, and the cheese foam on top made it extra creamy and rich. I always am highly satisfied with the quality of the drinks I get, usually a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and the service is fantastic! Really friendly people and everything is made quickly right at the counter. It's usually relatively empty when I'm in there, which is a shame as it's a cute place with nice seating and music to enjoy your order to. Tea was good. But they're out here scamming people by selling fake labubus I bought them knowing it was a lafufu but can't in good conscience give a good review for that reason. They don't have the real QR codes on the box to verify it's real and the actual doll has many defects like blush not even, ears are too wide apart,, head and limbs all rotate, etc. I also even heard one of the workers in the back whispering " is that one of the Lafufus " Maybe just stick to selling tea and not fake merchandise won't be coming to this location anymore knowing the character of this shop. read more

Had a good experience with the guy who took our order, then a girl came in halfway through to help with making drinks. My mom ordered a 0% sweet (she's diabetic) with cheese foam, boba, and Thai tea. The girl stepped in to make the drink 6pm on May 5th, (glasses black longer shoulder length hair), made it with no cheese foam and no boba, when we told her she said we had to ask for it etc, and we did when we placed the order with the guy. She made my mom pay for a THIRD drink when we only got two drinks, just to make it again. We didn't even keep the wrong order she kept it. So she made us pay for 3 drinks, and we got two drinks. Tried a few drinks here and honestly everything was solid. Brown Sugar Bubble Milk was my favorite. The boba is freshly cooked and still warm, very authentic Taiwanese style. Super soft and chewy with that gentle brown sugar sweetness. The Super Fruit Green Tea was really refreshing and great for the Orlando heat lol. You can tell they use fresh fruit, so it's best to drink it soon since it can get a bit bitter if it sits too long. Also tried the Cheese Foam Mango Pomelo and it was surprisingly generous with toppings. Mango lovers will definitely enjoy this one. We also ordered a matcha and red bean drink. Brand New Moge Tee Stopped in this afternoon with my friend Chris to try some of the new tees from Moog team. This one is brand new the ambience or theme of the location reminds me of the space to 20 restaurant in Epcot. It is very futuristic black and white, very silver and shiny; and then the ceiling is mirrored with Strand lights. To match the futuristic by but the bathroom is also very sleek and clean. I am drinking at the watermelon lychee splash it is one of their summer specials. It is very light and has a light watermelon and like tea flavor perfect for the summer. My large drink was $7. If you haven't been here it is located off of Palm Parkway right next to player one which is the video arcade bar. 10/10 read more

First off, I walk in and immediately smell cigarettes from the back kitchen. It smells HORRIBLE. It is totally illegal to smoke inside a restaurant especially as an employee or owner. The ambiance is really cool with a space/modern theme. They have the classic boba tea drinks and some really unique options. They prices are really expensive but each drink is hand crafted to order. They have a lot of options which can be overwhelming but they have small menus at the register to help you choose. We got the seasonal Watermelon Lychee Splash which was very light and refreshing. Don't get me wrong, the drinks I got were 5 stars, BUT there is something I have to point out. I usually order red bean tofu milk/milk tea at the Sand Lake location. This location definitely makes it sweeter than Sand Lake, BUT this location did not put tofu in the drink, they put pudding. I love pudding too but it's rare to find sweet tofu here in central Florida that's why I order this specific drink for the sweet tofu. Besides that, the girl was super nice and friendly and I also tried the avocado tea slush and it was delicious. It's like a lite matcha green tea with milky avocado. We were skeptical at first because they were still in their soft opening stage, and that usually means long wait and lack of quality, but boy they didn't disappoint! Ambiance: The shop has a really elegant and modern ambiance, it's beautifully decorated and has a perfect blend of style and comfort, making it an ideal spot to hang out with friends or just relax with a good book. Drinks: The boba here is top-notch! I tried the mango pomelo drink, it was perfectly balanced not too sweet, with just the right amount of chewiness in the boba, and that's always the first thing I look for. My friend tried the brown sugar bubble milk tea, she said it's the best boba drink she's ever had in Orlando. We can actually taste that they use tea leaves and fresh fruits instead of powder in which most local boba shops here use. I was happy to hear that they have wifi so I could potentially come one evening after work and study. fast forward to the night I wanted to study... the parking took me 10 minutes because it was busy in the area. I hold nothing against them for that. that's just the nature of a Saturday night in an area full of bars. but, I show up and order something, and they were out of the brown sugar boba. I asked for regular boba instead. fine. well, I get my drink, I set up my laptop, and as I'm about to place the drink on the table, I slip your of my hand and fell on the ground. the bottom cracked open and my drink went all over the floor. I picked it up and threw it away, and I asked them for towels. I don't mind helping clean up MY mess, and I asked for towels, he directed me to the bathroom, but that was out, and he seemed a little frustrated that I was bothering him. I know that they were busy, but I'm TRYING to help you all out by cleaning my mess. he eventually refills the paper towels and I try to wipe it down, after about 30 minutes, they have finally helped a bit, mopping it up. BUT, they never once offered me a new drink. I had to buy a new one!! I never even got to try th first one. no recovery one and no refund for the first. I spent 20 dollars for one medium drink by the end of the night. I don't think I'll be returning unless it's the same Bobaristas from my first visit. That was a bit ridiculous read more
