DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I brought my wedding dress to this place to be dry cleaned before getting…read morealterations. I picked it up before taking to get altered, and the owner brought the dress to my car, saying she didn't want me to put wrinkles in it. I got to the alterations place and realized there were stains on the inside of the dress that were not there when I dropped it off to be cleaned. I called and explained this to the owner, who then claimed the stains were there when she received the dress and that she couldn't get them out. (They were in fact NOT there when I dropped it off, and if that were the case, why would she not say anything to me when I picked up the dress?) Now realizing the whole reason she walked the dress out to the car for me was because she didn't not want me to see the dress, I drove back to her business and demanded a refund. The full amount was $180, but she then refused to refund me the full amount, and took twenty dollars off for a shawl part of the dress that was detachable- which was NOT a separate charge on the receipt, but was included in the $180. So she essentially stained my wedding dress, lied about it, and refused to pay me back the full amount. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

They have new ownership and the quality of the work is just not the same. They left part of my order when I came to pick it up and told my wife it was my fault because I was on the phone when I picked up. The chemicals are different and my garments smell like the new stuff they use (not pleasant). Last time I went my clothes weren't ready on time. I told her I could come back, but she had me wait for 10 only to tell me she couldn't find everything and to come back later. They lost me as a customer.

I bought my dress from their bridal shop, which was a lovely experience and I LOVED the dress. I trusted them to tailor the dress they sold me, but they did a poor job. First, they took my dress in and literally made it 1.5 inches to small, it would not even zipper. So then I had to come back and they were trying to put boning in, but it did not look good so then I had to ask for them to take it out. And STILL the dress is too small but they would not listen to me when I asked for it to be slightly bigger. It felt like I was being dismissed and they were really poor at communication. I was hoping for better, especially after all of the good reviews, but it did not live up to the expectations. For how expensive they are, I would spend my money elsewhere.

Instead of being helpful and understanding the unfortunate circumstance of a basement flood, this company excels in taking advantage of you and trying to get as much money as possible out of your insurance leaving you with nothing to repair your home. In our case, they even charged more than the insurance could pay on the claim leaving us with out-of-pocket expenses just to get out possessions back. I had to give 1-star, but it should be a zero.
