I'm probably one of the last people on earth that still wears suits for meetings. That means dry cleaning at least every other week. Suits are always properly cleaned, the press is excellent (this has been a problem for me elsewhere), but what most impresses me is their speed. I can drop off 4 suits on Wednesday, and pick them up on Friday for a trip. I couldn't get that kind of speed when I lived in a major city. Very polite service, and parking is generally pretty easy. I haven't used their tailoring service.

There were signs I should have noticed earlier to take my business elsewhere including ongoing price increases alongside lower quality results, decreasing the value of the service. In addition, articles of clothing started coming back with broken or missing buttons that I ignored as par for the course, but once they ruined a batch, this became entirely unacceptable, alongside the level of drama to deflect responsibility.

She did not hem my slacks properly, one leg was long, the other leg was short and the top still had wrinkles in it, very poor press job. I told her that I wanted my money refunded to me and this is when she flew off the handle. I did get my money back and took my pants and top to another cleaners right here in Purcellville and they did a perfect job in less than 24 hours time.
