He is very straightforward about what is possible. My first order I left two vests and 6 pair of pants which needed waist and hemming. The vests needed significantly more work. The total for all 8 pieces was $210 which I found extremely reasonable. He estimated a month completion and was done a week early. I have dropped off another 8 pieces today- 5 pair of pants and 3 dresses. I am confident I will get them back finished beautifully.

At the first appt for alterations, she let me tell her what I thought needed to be fixed first before offering her suggestions.
