I purchased the single Diamond car wash for $20 and was disappointed with the end result. There were streaks where the roller brush passed over my car and soap left on it in certain places. There are no drying towels unless you pay a $2 fee. The vacuums do not suck hard at all and to top it off, if the floor mat carpet cleaner was working, there was a fee for that as well. I do not recommend to anyone nor will I be revisiting.

I love the special treatments in cleaning my vehicle and the space in the wash with all the brushes and soaps. There are many people to wipe down the vehicle and go over the inside to make sure that it is clean. I request my air freshener and trash bag and always get what I need. If I see that my vehicle needs more attention, I let the guys know at pickup and they take care of it. I do not leave without inspecting my vehicle. Why would you not let them know what you need them to do before driving away? Tell them what you need, and they will do it. It is that simple! This is a job just like any other job. Learn to be patient with people and talk it out. Black or White. They may still be learning. They have always been kind to me! I am going back tomorrow to get my car detailed. Can't wait! But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.

I was hesitant at first because A&L didn't have any reviews, but he was close by and I wanted it done fast. Adam showed up the day I called and brought his mobile rig complete with water tank and power washer. He worked and worked for almost two hours into the evening and paid attention to every detail inside and out. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and knew this would not be the last time I hired him. The next day he called to see how satisfied I was. Being a perfectionist myself, In the light of day I did notice a few minor things and since he asked I shared my honest comments. Adam insisted on coming back out the following day and proceeded to rewash the entire car for no charge. This was so far beyond the call of duty that I knew in that moment that Adam is one-of-a-kind. He didn't hurry and didn't seem stressed or worried about the extra time, he said if it wasn't right he'd think about it all night. This is a very easy car wash to maneuver. You enter through the back and you can pre-wash your car. I always do the pre-wash since no car wash ever get all the nooks and crannies. Then, you pull into a lane to pay. I swear, Benny's used to charge $5 for an express wash and now it is $9, which I find very pricey for not a complete clean car afterwards. After you pay, you go through the car wash and come out by the vacuums. The car wash is fast and soap smells SO good everytime I go through. When I pull up to use the vacuums, which are free and accessible even if you didn't use the car wash, but the vacuums always don't have enough suction and/or are broken. This location is very convenient and clean. I will always come back, but I wish they make some changes to the price and the vacuums.
