Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Side note - the owner came each day to review the workers progress and the work; provided all the update information. Happy home improvement!!!

In the middle of the job took almost 3 hour lunch break but stated the bank was busy. He promised to come back and roll it to may it right. I had to say no and hired another painter. I thought my entire cathedral ceiling needed to be painted to fix a damaged spot. Instead of doing that he color matched the paint to my ceiling and only had to paint the damaged area. Saving me hundreds. I left him alone in the property to work and he treated my home with care. The final result is perfect and His attention to detail is obvious.
