I found him here on Yelp; his calm clarity and professionalism came through in the initial telephone conversation, I *think* I sent him description, dimensions and pictures in E-mail, but either way he made what seemed like a reasonable estimate at that point. I brought my table over, he was finished less than 2 weeks later (including a long holiday weekend), and it looks beautiful. He started on it not knowing for sure if the paint would strip off easily enough, but apparently no problem. He called to suggest a stain color (walnut), which I went with -- by this point I could tell that any recommendation he had would probably be ideal, but appreciated having the choice. He even put in a new bottom in the little drawer; *what* a nice touch -- along with proper felt-bottomed 'feet' on the table legs. I also saw some beautiful work in his shop, and would definitely hire him again.

If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

Jon and his crew did a great job. This was a two part job amid a remodel. They came and laced in…read morenew flooring to match current floors where missing pieces were when we had some interior walls taken down during the remodel. This was a complicated and labor intensive process that they completed and match beautifully. They then came back at the end of the remodel to sand and refinish the entire flooring area. We ended up with a cohesive and beautifully finished floor that really brought the space together. Jon and crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable during the entire process. Timely and dependable. They took care and pride in their workmanship and made sure that everything was covered and safe from damage during the sanding process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing flooring work done.

My assumption was that the tub would be the same color that it was, but it was glazed in white. White doesn't match the color scheme of my 1950s bathroom that I love. The scheduler said that TubTastic would make it right, but she will no longer communicate with me. At the time the glazer was wraping up, my husband paid the glazer in good faith that the color would be redone, but since July 26th when the work was done there has been no progress and no responses with any updates with making this right.

Owner Dave Locke said they would come fix it, and then he flaked and now will not return emails or calls. Buyer beware. If the tub they do fails, they will not stand behind the product. He sent us an invoice very soon after he visited our home. His pricing was very reasonable and he was flexible with timing and payment. We made arrangements for his team to start on our floors the day we left for a weeklong family vacation, which was so convenient. We had been on the road for just a few hours when he texted me with some very troubling photos of what he found underneath the carpet. I was horrified and dreading the discussion of next steps, but Arianit clearly explained our options and the prices for each option. We ultimately chose to repair/replace the damaged wood and the added cost was very reasonable. Throughout the process, Arianit sent us photos of the progress his team was making and kept us updated as the timeline changed with the added repairs. I could tell even before we got home to see the floors in person that we had made the right choice. When we did get home, I was not disappointed at all. Our floors are beautiful and I can't stop looking at them, even five days later. If/when we need to do anything with the rest of the floors in our home, we will be reaching out to NT Hardwood Floors again.

The first time they refinished the hardwood floor for us at our residence. It dramatically transformed the house for us. It is amazing how beautiful hardwood floor dresses up a house. This time they refinished our rental house as we get it ready for sale. Their cost is slightly higher than other companies, but it is worth every penny you spend.
