Shortly before, my appointment was cancelled as she wasn't going to be in the office. I was then rescheduled for the following spring! After calling multiple times I was finally rescheduled for an earlier date. That appointment also got cancelled. Again I got rescheduled and ended up seeing another person in practice. When I finally had my appointment I was told that NP Hamilton was the only person in the office that dealt with my issue, so I was scheduled for another appointment with her months later. When I finally arrived to this appointment (the first of the day) I was kept waiting for 45 minutes and told she was with other patients. This wasn't true as I had walked past her office several times and she was sitting on the computer. I finally had enough and just left without seeing her. I've been a patient of this practice and Wendy Hamilton for a few years and since it's such a pain to change practices I never bothered to make the effort despite her treatment being just average. It's incredibly frustrating (and disrespectful of my health and time) to have wasted the past 9 months waiting for this appointment that she didn't even have the courtesy to show up to on time.

I have been a patient at this office since 2021 and previously saw a PA who was kind, personable,…read moreand efficient. Unfortunately, she no longer works here. I scheduled an appointment in 2026 with Dr. Michelle Cheng instead. Dr. Cheng herself was efficient and prescribed the medications I needed, which is the only reason this office is receiving one star rather than zero. The rest of the experience was completely unprofessional. When scheduling, I uploaded my new insurance and my appointment was confirmed, leading me to believe the office accepted my insurance. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic. Patients were being called out by full name and even MRN numbers within clear earshot of the waiting room, which was extremely concerning from a privacy standpoint. I provided my insurance card and later asked for it back, at which point a front desk employee named Rebecca responded with visible attitude, stating she could not run my insurance because her computer was not working and repeatedly said they "just needed to get me into a room." I specifically asked whether the provider I was seeing accepted my insurance and was told yes. After a rushed and impersonal visit, I was left alone in the exam room for another 10 minutes without being told my appointment had ended. During this time, I overheard multiple conversations about other patients in the hallway. When I returned to the front desk to retrieve my insurance card, I was told my insurance "wouldn't go through" and was informed that it was my responsibility to ensure the provider was in network. I explained that I have PPO insurance and that my coverage is active and used regularly. Despite this, I was told my insurance was "not valid" and that they "hoped it would work when billing got it." Overall, this visit was disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I will not be returning.

She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative, and I always feel like I'm in great hands with her. She takes the time to explain everything and is very honest about what she thinks will or won't be beneficial. I've never felt pressured or pushed to do a treatment or get something I don't need, which I really appreciate.
